I have a batch of operational expense records—covering Utilities, Salaries, and Office supplies—that must be keyed into Microsoft Excel and arranged so the data is immediately useful for reporting and analysis. I do not have an existing template, so part of the assignment is to design a clean, logical workbook structure that separates categories yet still lets me see overall totals quickly. Accuracy is critical: figures must match the source documents exactly, categorical labels must be consistent, and every row has to be complete before we move on.
