Vectorize and Recreate Existing "The HandStand Shop" logo

This project has a hard price point between $75-100 USD. DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTE IF THE SUMMATION IS MORE THAN $100... YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED! Timeframe is VERY flexible. There is no rush...I place more importance on accuracy and the job done correctly than to have it quickly and it have SEVERAL errors. I need my existing logo recreated as clean, professional vector artwork. This is not a redesign. Please use the logo files I provide as the reference and preserve the silhouette, lettering, proportions, spacing, and colors. Do not redraw the person differently or substitute a similar font. Please deliver these four variations: With circle and with trademark symbol With circle and without trademark symbol Without circle and with trademark symbol Without circle and without trademark symbol I need each variation prepared at these exact overall widths: ¼", ½", ¾", 1", 1½", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 1'-0", 1'-6", 2'-0", 2'-6", 3'-0", 3'-6", 4'-0", and 5'-0". That is 18 sizes per variation, or 72 labeled versions total. Keep the logo’s proportions intact; the listed measurements refer to overall width, not width and height. Please provide the editable vector master file, plus SVG and print-ready PDF files. Also provide transparent-background PNGs for practical use. Organize and label the files clearly by variation and size. Use the trademark symbol shown in my reference; do not change it to a different symbol. Before producing all 72 versions, please send me proofs of the four variations, including how the logo looks at ¼" and ½". I want to approve the accuracy and readability first. If a very small size cannot reproduce a detail clearly, flag it for my approval rather than changing the design on your own.
