Video Editor & AI Video Creator -Ongoing Social Media Work

We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor / AI-Assisted Video Creator for ongoing social-media video projects. Our work includes YouTube videos, Facebook videos, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, covering cultural, heritage, music and community-oriented content. Work may include: • Editing 3–10 minute videos in 16:9 format • Creating 30–90 second Reels/Shorts in 9:16 format • Combining supplied photographs, video clips, voice-overs and music • Creating attractive transitions, titles, subtitles and motion effects • Working with AI-generated images/video where appropriate • Basic audio balancing and synchronization • Converting one main video into shorter social-media versions Preferred skills: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent. Familiarity with AI video/image tools will be an advantage. Understanding Indian cultural content and Marathi/Hindi/English text would be particularly useful. This is potentially ongoing work, not merely a one-time assignment. We would initially like to give shortlisted candidates a small paid trial project before establishing a longer-term arrangement. Please include 2–3 examples of your best relevant video work and mention which editing and AI tools you normally use.
