CNC 7075-T6 Brackets Fabrication

I need a set of mechanical brackets machined from certified 7075-T6 aluminium. The parts feature complex contours, so 3-axis or 5-axis CNC capability is essential to keep every surface true. Key requirements • Material: 7075-T6 aluminium, mill finish only – no anodising or additional coatings. • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm across all features. • Holes: pilot-drilled only; no tapping is required. I will provide dimensioned drawings and a 3D STEP file once we begin. You should machine, deburr, and visually inspect each part, then share measurement reports that confirm the stated tolerance.
