Full Birthday Event Decor Design

I’m preparing a family birthday celebration and want the whole venue to feel cohesive and memorable, from the entrance right through to the cake table. I already have the date and location secured; what’s missing is a detailed décor concept that guides my on-site team on exactly what to build, buy, and place. Here’s what I’m looking for: • A unifying theme or mood board that captures the look and feel of the party. • Scaled floor plan or layout sketches showing traffic flow, focal points, and activity zones. • Visual treatments for the backdrop, photo area, dining tables, cake display, and any lounge or kids’ corners—essentially every corner guests will see. • A concise materials list with color codes, fabric or prop suggestions, and reference images so my suppliers can source items locally. • Final files in PDF/PNG (and editable format if created in Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar) ready for print or hand-off. I’ll share venue dimensions, photos, and any practical constraints as soon as we start. Please include a short note on your approach, a couple of relevant portfolio pieces, and your estimated turnaround time.
