BIM & Construction Management Professional Required – Revit, Navisworks, Primavera P6 & BIM Implementation

I am looking for an experienced Construction Management and BIM professional to develop a comprehensive technical study and practical case study focused on the implementation of BIM within an existing construction project. The ideal candidate should have real professional experience in construction, BIM coordination, and project management, rather than only theoretical knowledge. This is crucial to ensure clear communication and understanding throughout the project. PROJECT OVERVIEW The project concerns the refurbishment of an existing four-storey building, which will be converted into an office facility. The existing project documentation is primarily available in 2D CAD format. The main objective is to demonstrate how a BIM methodology can be introduced into a project that was originally developed using traditional 2D workflows. The work should combine: Construction Management + BIM Implementation + Revit + Navisworks + Clash Detection + Primavera P6 + Project Coordination The final document will be approximately 80 pages, with approximately 20% theoretical/background content and 80% practical case-study content. MAIN OBJECTIVE The main objective is to investigate and demonstrate a practical methodology for implementing BIM on an existing project that was not originally developed using BIM. The proposed workflow is: Existing 2D CAD → BIM Implementation Strategy → Revit Model → Navisworks Coordination → Clash Detection → Construction Coordination → Primavera P6 → BIM & Project Management Integration The study should demonstrate how BIM can support construction management rather than treating BIM simply as a 3D modelling tool. DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINE: 1. Title and table of contents due by this weekend. 2. 50% of the work completed between now and January. 3. Full 100% deliverable by January. 4. Conversion of existing 2D CAD drawings into a Revit model for use in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. 5. A comprehensive technical report of approximately 80 pages combining theoretical research with a substantial practical case study.
