Part-Time Monthly Accountant Needed

My trading firm posts an annual turnover of roughly ₹35-40 lakhs and I want the books to stay crystal-clear without hiring a full-time resource. I need an accountant who can step in four times each month, record every transaction promptly, reconcile the bank accounts, and then translate those numbers into concise monthly reports I can actually use for decision-making. Software is still a blank slate here—we are not on QuickBooks, Tally, or anything else yet. If you believe a system will make life easier, I am open to your recommendations and to having you configure the file, chart of accounts, and routine processes. At the same time, if you prefer to work in spreadsheets first and migrate later, that works for me too; I simply want a setup that scales as the business grows. Key deliverables each month: • Complete, up-to-date bookkeeping with supporting documents organised • A short financial dashboard or report highlighting profit, cash flow, and red-flag trends Everything can be handled on-site or remotely, as long as the agreed four sessions per month are honoured and I receive the finished report on time.
