Accurate PDF Text Re-typing

I have a short PDF—fewer than ten pages—that contains text only. I need that text re-typed word-for-word into a new document. No images, tables, or special layout concerns exist, so a clean plain-text or simple Word file is all that’s required. Accuracy is crucial; I’ll run a quick comparison against the original to be sure no characters are missed or altered. Once finished, send the file back in .docx or .txt format and this task is complete.
