India's Private Limited Company Incorporation

I want to incorporate a new Private Limited Company in India through the MCA. I need you to handle the complete incorporation process, including: Reserve my proposed company name through SPICe+ Part A Check the proposed name for MCA name-availability/trademark-related issues before filing After name approval, complete SPICe+ Part B and all linked incorporation forms Incorporate the company as a Private Limited Company limited by shares There will be 2 shareholders/directors, with 50% ownership each Prepare/submit the required MOA and AOA Handle DIN, PAN and TAN applications as applicable Complete the Certificate of Incorporation process Complete any mandatory post-incorporation filings/services included in the incorporation package Give me copies of all submitted forms, challans, SRNs, approval letters and the Certificate of Incorporation. Important: Please tell me your professional/service fee separately from the MCA government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges and any other statutory charges.
