Update Existing House Plans in CAD

I have a complete set of house plans in CAD that now need a round of targeted revisions. The overall footprint stays mostly the same, but several elements must shift: • Garage: enclose from breezeway into closed area. • Staircases: relocate the main run to improve ease of moement; head-height clearances and landing sizes must meet the latest IRC standards. • Bedroom / Bathroom layout: swap positions of bedrooms, realign plumbing walls. • Sundry other changes. I will provide the original files from the designer. Your task is to edit the CAD model, update all impacted floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and any sections or elevations touched by the changes, keeping layers organised and annotation styles consistent with the existing set. Deliverables: 1. Construction, engineer and permit-ready plans 2. Coordinated PDF sheets (24"×36") suitable for permit submission 3. A brief change log noting every sheet and detail revised Accuracy is crucial—every dimension must close, and stair geometry should calculate correctly. I will pay hourly rate stated on your profile.
