Enhance And Prepare Two Images For Print

I need two images to be prepared for two large prints. I am attaching both images. This is the ONLY quality of the images I have available. I do not have them available in any other format. I need both images delivered to me in the print-ready TIFF format. The first image of the two boys needs to be 64' height X 95' width. No changes to the to the wall mural needs to be done I only need this image to be formated and print ready in the size specified above. Also add a tagline "Always my brother, forever my friend" on the picture. The second image of the World Map needs artwork adjustments. All countries that have names written on them need to be correct and well visible; all border lines need to be clear without any irregularities. All structures, animals, or any other objects on the map need to be visualy correct and appropriate form, size and location for the world map. For example, Big Ben needs to be added for London. This is a map for a kids' room. If there is any space to add more names to the countries, please do so. The printable size of the map is 76' X 132'.
