Excel Financial Data Entry & Reports

I have a backlog of financial figures that must be transferred into well-structured Excel workbooks and then rolled up into clear, concise reports. Accuracy and speed in Excel are critical because these numbers feed directly into monthly decision-making. The core of the job is straightforward: enter every transaction, balance, and total exactly as shown in my source files, double-checking totals and formulas as you go. Once the sheets are complete, I need basic summary reports—think pivot tables, filtered tables, and printable summaries—that management can review at a glance. You may also see some scanned PDFs and handwritten notes along the way. When that happens, a quick PDF-to-Word conversion or copy-typing pass will be needed before the numbers can be lifted into Excel. All content is bilingual; if a note is in Hindi, please re-type it in Hindi, and do the same for English content. Deliverables • Clean, fully-validated Excel workbooks containing all financial data • At least one summary report tab for each workbook (pivot table or similar) • PDF versions of each report, ready to email If something in the data looks off, flag it—I would rather fix it early than reconcile it later.
