3D Elevations & Tekla Detailing

I need a skilled civil / structural draftsman who can stay on call for a steady stream of work that splits into two clear tracks. First, you will turn my 2D CAD plans into fully textured, realistically lit 3D elevations for construction documentation. The end client relies on these views to build from, so accuracy in proportions, materials and multi-angle presentation is non-negotiable. Second, you will handle Tekla Structures modelling for pre-engineered industrial buildings. I expect complete GA drawings, precise bolted connection detailing and an exported tonnage report ready for the BOQ team. Tekla will be your primary environment, but fluency in AutoCAD and either SketchUp, 3ds Max or Revit will keep the workflow smooth when reference files move across platforms. Turnaround is typically three to five days per assignment, so you should already have a streamlined template or macro system in place for recurring PEB steel work. Deliverables I will sign off on: • Multi-angle 3D elevation renders (high-resolution PNG or JPG + source file) • Tekla .db1 model with organised phases, GA drawings in PDF/DWG, bolted connection sheets and tonnage/BOQ export If this matches your expertise and pace, let’s talk.
