Digital Marketing Manager for Toronto Businesses

Hi, I'm looking for someone to manage all the digital marketing and websites for two established businesses in Toronto, Canada. I'm interested in a long-term, part-time arrangement, approximately 15–20 hours per week. Before moving forward, I have a few questions: 1. Experience: How many years have you worked in digital marketing? Have you managed marketing for Canadian or American businesses? 2. English: Are you fluent in written and spoken English? All our marketing and customer-facing content will be in English. 3. Google Ads: Can you create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keywords, targeting, budgets and conversion tracking? 4. Google Ads problems: Can you troubleshoot disapproved ads, website policy violations and deal directly with Google Ads support? We currently have an unresolved Google Ads policy issue. 5. SEO: Can you handle all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, local SEO, Google Search Console and improving our rankings in Toronto? 6. Google Business Profile: Can you manage and optimize both companies' Google Business Profiles and help improve our visibility on Google Maps? 7. Websites: Can you maintain, update, troubleshoot and improve our websites, including working with WordPress and Hostinger hosting? 8. Social media: Can you completely manage Facebook and Instagram, including creating content, graphics, posts and paid advertising campaigns? 9. Content creation: Would you create the advertising content and graphics yourself, or would we need to provide everything? 10. Results: Can you show me examples of businesses you've managed and measurable results you've achieved, particularly leads generated through Google Ads or SEO? 11. Independent management: Are you comfortable taking responsibility for everything website and digital marketing related, identifying problems and making recommendations without needing daily instructions? 12. Availability: Are you available for approximately 15–20 hours weekly? Would you be working independently or using other freelancers? 13. Reporting: Can you provide weekly progress updates and monthly reports showing website traffic, advertising costs, phone calls, leads and results? 14. Pricing: What fixed monthly fee would you charge to manage both businesses? Would everything mentioned above be included, or would certain services cost extra? 15. Trial period: Would you be interested in starting with a paid 30-day trial so we can evaluate your work before entering a long-term arrangement? I'm looking for one reliable person who can take ownership of our entire online presence, not just someone who posts on social media.
