Complete OPC Incorporation Filing

I have already secured the company name through SPICe+ Part A, obtained the DSC, and drafted most of SPICe+ Part B (including nominee details). Now I need a practising CA, CS, or CMA who actively works on the MCA V3 portal to take the incorporation across the finish line. What I still need done – with your professional certification under Section 7(1)(b) – is a meticulous review of my existing SPICe+ Part B, correction of any errors, preparation and submission of every remaining linked form, and unwavering follow-through until the Certificate of Incorporation is issued. DIN allotment through incorporation will be required, so please include that in the scope.
