Process & Plant Engineering Expert Needed

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process & Plant Engineering Expert to guide us through the end-to-end design and execution of a new production facility. You will support our team from initial equipment procurement through to final construction, installation, and commissioning. In this initial design phase, we are looking for a specialist to take ownership of two core technical scopes: Scope A: Process Engineering A.1 Process Flow Diagrams (PFD): Development of complete PFDs, Equipment Technical Data Sheets, and Feed Pump Technical Data Sheets wherever required. A.2 Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID): Comprehensive P&IDs incorporating: Mass & energy flow balance data Line sizing, valve sizing, and tag designations Equipment tag codes Pump technical data and tag numbers Vessel/tank sizing, capacities, and elevation/floor level assignments Complete process & control loops for the supply system Scope B: Plant & Mechanical Engineering 2D Equipment Layout Drawings: Detailed layout planning including arrangement of process equipment, tanks, and pumps; main building structural grids; crane loads/lifting data; erection and maintenance access openings; walkways and platform elevations; and foundation requirement details. 3D Piping Layout & Modeling: Full 3D model incorporating equipment, pumps, tanks, building envelope, and complete pipe/valve routing. Bill of Materials (BOM): Itemized MTO/BOM covering line quantities by pipe size, manual valves, inline fittings, and specifications.
