Mobile Phone Screen Handling

I am looking for a developer who can develop a mobile screen-sharing app. When this program is developed using high-level language APIs, a user permission option generally appears asking the user to allow screen sharing, and an indicator also appears at the top of the phone showing that the screen is currently being shared. I need an app that can achieve smooth screen sharing without these permission prompts and indicators appearing. I am looking for a Senior Mobile Specialist who can demonstrate the feasibility of this approach as part of the bid process, with a view to establishing a long-term working relationship. As part of your bid, please state the cost required to demonstrate the feasibility, as well as your hourly rate for future long-term cooperation and the number of hours you would be available to work per week.
