Custom Sales Dialer & CRM Development

I need a purpose-built outbound dialer that works hand-in-hand with a lightweight CRM so my sales team can spend more time talking to prospects and less time wrestling with screens. The dialer’s sole focus is sales calls, so I want fast lead-to-call workflows, options for progressive or predictive dialing, one-click call logging, and clear recording/monitoring tools. Inside the same browser tab, the CRM should give us: • Contact management that keeps every phone interaction, note, and email thread in one place • Lead tracking that shows status changes, owner, next action, and historical call data at a glance • Sales reporting that can slice performance by rep, list, and campaign in real time A single sign-on, responsive UI and clean REST/GraphQL APIs are important; I’ll connect email marketing, calendar, and analytics later, so an extensible architecture is a must even if we don’t wire those tools up immediately. Deliverables I expect: 1. Technical design document outlining the stack, data model, and security approach 2. Working dialer module with outbound call, queue, recording, and basic IVR capabilities 3. CRM module covering the three feature sets above, fully linked to the dialer events 4. Real-time dashboards and exportable sales reports 5. Admin panel for user roles, lists, and campaign setup 6.
