FULL-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER OUTREACH VA -- 2

I am looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven *Social Media & Influencer Outreach VA* to help grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for our Gym Business in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in influencer research, outreach, relationship management, content planning, and social media growth. Key Responsibilities: * Research local Sydney influencers, athletes, fitness creators, mothers, lifestyle creators, and community personalities * Assess creators based on location, audience relevance, views, comments, shares, and genuine engagement—not followers alone * Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing creator communication * Assist with ambassador onboarding, agreements, walkthroughs, and event coordination * Maintain an accurate influencer and onboarding tracker * Manage relationships with approved ambassadors * Prepare social media content calendars * Edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok * Create clean, professional social media graphics * Write engaging captions and calls to action * Schedule and publish approved content * Monitor comments, messages, trends, and account performance * Track creator activity, engagement, free-pass leads, and campaign results * Work closely with the onboarding manager, marketing team, and club contacts What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in social media management or influencer marketing * Strong research, outreach, communication, and follow-up skills * Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithm * Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools * Ability to turn raw onsite footage into engaging short-form content * Strong eye for branding, design, and current social media trends * Highly organised and comfortable maintaining trackers and content calendars * Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership * Excellent written and verbal English * Experience in fitness, health, lifestyle, or community marketing is an advantage How to Apply: Please send: 1.
