XK300 Essence — 3D model and render asset pack (product visualisation) We manufacture the XK300 Essence, a small wall-mounted contactless health monitoring sensor. We need a clean 3D model of it and a reusable library of transparent-background renders, so our team can drop the product into any photograph or scene in future without re-hiring for each image. This is an asset-creation job, not a one-off picture. What we will supply The product CAD (STEP or IGES). If we cannot release CAD, we will supply official product renders from four angles plus a dimensioned drawing, and you model from those. Official reference renders showing the exact material, finish and surface mark. Confirmed real dimensions: circular face 95 mm across, 45 mm deep at the thickest point. Deliverable A — master 3D model Clean, watertight model built at real-world scale in millimetres. Not scaled to arbitrary units. Faithful geometry: circular face, rounded wedge/teardrop side profile tapering to a thin edge, flat rear wall-mounting face, the fine panel split line, the small subtle embossed mark on the face, and the cable exit at the thick end. Materials: satin matte white ABS. Slight surface sheen, not glossy, not chalky. Two configurations, each as its own object: wall-mounted (the primary one) and a variant with the cable removed for clean hero use. Delivered as: .blend (native, required), plus .fbx, .obj and .glb. Deliverable B — transparent render library (the core of this job) All renders as PNG with straight (unpremultiplied) alpha, 16-bit, sRGB, no background. Fixed-scale framing rule — mandatory. Render every image so the frame width represents exactly 300 mm of real-world width, at 4000 px wide. That gives a constant 0.075 mm per pixel across the whole library. State this in a text file with the delivery. Do not crop images individually or frame them "to taste", because that destroys the known scale. Wall-mount orientation, correct way up: thin tapered edge at the top against the wall, thick bulging end at the bottom, so the face aims downward and outward at roughly 45 degrees. This orientation must be identical across every render. Angle set. Rotation around the vertical axis: 0°, ±15°, ±30°, ±45°, ±60°, ±75°, ±90° (13 angles). Each at two camera elevations: level with the device, and 20° below it (looking up, as a viewer in a room does). That is 26 renders in neutral studio lighting. Lighting variants. Repeat the 0°, ±30° and ±45° angles at both elevations under two more setups: warm interior (roughly 3000 K) and cool daylight (roughly 6500 K). That is 20 more renders. Per render, two separate files: The product beauty pass on transparent alpha. A separate contact-shadow / ambient-occlusion pass — the shadow the device casts on the wall behind it, black on transparent alpha, as its own file. We need this separately so we can lay it onto any wall colour. Renders without a separate shadow pass look pasted on, which is the exact problem we are solving. Turntable for video. One 360° orbit as a transparent PNG sequence, 120 frames, at the same fixed scale, product level with camera. Deliverable C — scale and compositing kit One calibration render: the sensor beside a standard double electrical socket faceplate (146 mm wide) and a credit card (85.6 mm long), on white, with dimensions marked. This lets anyone verify scale by eye against objects that appear in real room photos. A short README (one page is fine) stating the model's real dimensions, the millimetres-per-pixel value of the library, the file naming scheme, and how to composite: place, scale against a known object in the target photo, add the shadow pass, match colour temperature. Consistent, machine-readable file names, for example essence_wall_yaw+045_elev-20_neutral_beauty.png and ..._shadow.png. Design fidelity — please read Match the supplied references exactly. Do not restyle, simplify or "improve" the product. In particular, no faceted or domed cap, no hexagonal or polygonal shapes, no vent slots or grilles, no camera lens or glass eye, no LED, no added logo or text, and no mounting bracket, arm, stalk, stand-off or swivel. The rear face mounts flush to the wall and the housing's own wedge provides the downward angle. Software Blender with Cycles is required, and the .blend scene file must be delivered so we can render further angles ourselves later. If you prefer to work in KeyShot, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D, that is fine for your own process, but the final scene must also be delivered working in Blender. Rights Work for hire. Full worldwide commercial rights transfer to us on final payment, including source files. No watermarks. Do not use third-party models, textures or HDRIs unless the licence permits commercial transfer, and tell us which you used. Milestones Model plus one test render. The cleaned model at real scale, and a single 45° neutral render with its shadow pass, for our approval before you batch the rest. Full library. All renders, turntable, compositing kit, source files.
