Animator — Ongoing Production Partner for Animated Venue & Performance Content

BumbleBerry Entertainment runs liljessig.com, an online entertainment venue with animated stages, a concert venue, a horse track and a dirt speedway. We are looking for ONE animator to work with us on a permanent, ongoing basis — not a one-off gig. The work: produce animated performances that are fitted into our existing drawn scenes and perform exactly as scripted — concert performers on a drawn stage, race horses and sprint cars running full races on drawn tracks, and character performances for the venue stages. Our drawn worlds already exist; your job is the living performance layer that stands in them. Our standard is strict and simple: motion must be real (legs and wheels actually cycle — nothing is slid across a background), figures stay grounded on their surface, everything is sized and positioned in true proportion to the scene, and speaking/singing characters are animated so their words can be read on their lips. We will share a short reference clip that defines the standard; every delivery is judged against it. Tools: our pipeline uses ComfyUI/Wan and standard 2D animation tools; experience with either (or both) is welcome. You work on your own machine. Process: NDA first (typed-name signature is fine). Then a short PAID test piece, judged on one thing — whether the motion reads as real. If it passes, the engagement becomes ongoing weekly production. Our house style is our own and everything produced must look like it comes from the same hand; all work product and knowledge of our style and pipeline stay inside the company under the NDA.
