Rebuild of an existing B2B advisory website in WordPress/Kadence I'm rebuilding funnel-iq.com, currently a single-scroll site built in SeedProd on WordPress, hosted with Fasthosts. The audience is private-equity and venture-capital investors, M&A advisers and corporate sales leaders. The site's job is to generate conversations, so every section should lead naturally to contact, while keeping an institutional, understated tone – credible rather than salesy (reference: nordiccapital.com). Fixed technical terms • Kadence theme and Kadence Blocks, free versions only. No Elementor, Divi or other page builders • No paid plugins or subscriptions. Any exception needs my written approval, with the licence bought in my name • Hosting stays on my existing Fasthosts WordPress plan and domain • Build on a staging copy, with no disruption to the live site until I approve the switch • Keep my existing FluentForms contact form, FluentSMTP, Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection and Google Analytics 4 set-up; remove SeedProd after switchover Build approach • Use Kadence's own library sections and native blocks – no custom HTML or CSS • Set colours and fonts globally (site-wide settings), so sections keep their built-in responsive behaviour • Structure: [single scroll-down page with section navigation / three pages: Home, Approach, Contact – delete as appropriate] • Migrate my existing final copy and images from the current site; no placeholder content Quality and handover • Tested and polished on iPhone as well as desktop and tablet; screenshots of each at sign-off • Basic on-page SEO (Yoast or Rank Math, free tier), free caching and image optimisation compatible with Fasthosts, and UpdraftPlus (free) for backups • A short screen-recorded handover showing me how to edit text, swap images and reorder sections without breaking the mobile layout • All accounts and licences in my name; your WordPress admin account removed at completion To quote, please send: • Two or three live links to institutional or professional-services sites you built in Kadence, saying which parts you designed and which came from a template • A fixed price, with delivery in two milestones: (1) the home/hero section on staging; (2) the full site live
