I have a set of medical records and patient-care information written in English that must be rendered flawlessly into Spanish. These files will be read by doctors and other healthcare staff, so medical terminology, dosage specifications, and clinical notes have to be translated with absolute accuracy and in a tone that feels native to professionals working in Spanish-speaking hospitals. Please keep original formatting—tables, headings, footnotes, and any embedded charts—so the files are ready for immediate use in our electronic health-record system. Consistency of terminology across multiple documents is important; if you work with CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, let me know, as a translation memory will speed future updates. Deliverables: • Final Spanish versions in both Word and locked PDF, mirroring the layout of the source files • A bilingual glossary of specialised terms encountered during the job I will be available for quick clarifications on any illegible handwriting or ambiguous abbreviations.
