Virtual Assistant – WordPress, SEO & Digital Marketing We are an Irish digital marketing and web design agency looking for a fast, reliable and highly capable Virtual Assistant for ongoing work across a number of brands and client projects. Essential Skills Excellent English – written and spoken Fast and organised worker Strong attention to detail WordPress experience Basic understanding of SEO Able to follow processes and manage multiple brands Comfortable managing reviews and online profiles Experience with Trustpilot or similar review platforms Experience using VMs / virtual machines and managing separate accounts for different brands Citation creation and management Able to make sure all business information, URLs, phone numbers, addresses and brand details are entered correctly Able to work independently and identify obvious mistakes without needing constant supervision Very Useful Additional Experience Knowledge in any of the following would be a major advantage: Local SEO Citation building Review management Brand/entity profile creation Parasite SEO Basic link building Facebook business pages Facebook Groups Facebook buy & sell groups LinkedIn Instagram Social media posting Basic digital marketing Promoting an IT/digital marketing agency to generate new clients Managing multiple websites and online brands We own and manage a growing number of websites and brands, so there will be a mixture of SEO, WordPress, brand management, reviews, citations, social media and general digital marketing tasks.
