Field Sales Executive — Cement Sales & BRIXTA Construction Club Location: Guwahati Work mode: On-ground field sales; regular construction-site visits required. We are hiring field sales executives for our cement distribution business, dealing in Surya Cement, Ambuja Cement, and other available brands. We provide construction-site leads and locations. Your primary responsibility is to visit these sites, understand customers’ cement requirements, convert enquiries into orders, and maintain customer relationships throughout construction. Your responsibilities: • Visit assigned construction sites and meet homeowners, contractors, masons, and purchasing decision-makers. • Understand requirements, purchase timelines, preferred brands, and expected quantities. • Explain our quotations, follow up consistently, and close orders within approved pricing. • Enrol customers in the free BRIXTA Construction Club and explain its benefits clearly. • Coordinate quotations, billing, delivery, and payment follow-ups with our team. • Stay in touch before, during, and after each sale; resolve concerns and generate repeat orders. • Maintain simple daily records of visits, enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and customer feedback. About BRIXTA Construction Club: The club has no membership fee. Members purchase cement through our billing channel, including where fulfilment is arranged through a partner dealer. We combine purchasing demand across customers to seek better bulk pricing, subject to order quantities and availability. Members can also access available site visits, construction guidance, and coordination for technical or financing enquiries through the relevant team or partners. You will explain and coordinate these benefits; technical advice and supervision will be handled by appropriately qualified personnel. Who should apply: • Comfortable visiting construction sites and speaking directly with customers. • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Able to communicate in the local language. • Reliable with customer information, reporting, and payment coordination. • Experience in cement, building materials, construction, or field sales is preferred. Motivated freshers may also apply. • Access to a two-wheeler is preferred.
