The completed file will be emailed to prospective agents, builders and buyers. Core content • Property details section: maps, site plan, key amenities and lifestyle imagery. • Strong calls-to-action woven throughout—headlines, pull-quotes, and contact prompts that invite an immediate enquiry. Visual direction • Clean, contemporary layout that feels premium yet approachable. • High-resolution photos, subtle infographics, and plenty of white space. • Consistent colour palette and typography that can be re-used for future releases. Deliverables 1. Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator or Canva—whichever you prefer). 2. Press-ready, optimised PDF (≤10 MB). 3. One round of revisions after the first draft to fine-tune copy placement, imagery, and overall polish. Acceptance criteria • All property data placed accurately with no typos. • Final PDF renders correctly on Adobe Acrobat, iOS Preview and Chrome. • File sizes meet email-friendly limits without visible compression artefacts.
