The puzzle should sit at an intermediate level of difficulty—challenging enough to engage adults yet still solvable without specialist tools. What I’m after is a fully detailed 3D file that shows every piece, its locking features, and the precise clearances needed for reliable assembly when 3D-printed in PLA or resin.
