Real Estate Sale Hoarding Design

I need a striking hoarding board that immediately tells passers-by which flats or plots are still available in our latest project and pushes them to contact us. The visual hierarchy must place our phone number, website and a clear “Enquire Now” message front and centre; everything else supports that call-to-action. What has to appear next in the layout is the size range of the units and the starting price so viewers can judge whether the development suits them without hunting for details. Colour palette, fonts and logo guidelines will be supplied, but I’m open to fresh creative that keeps the board clean, legible from a distance and in line with our brand. Deliverables • Two initial design concepts in Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent vector tool) • Up to three refinement rounds on the selected concept • Final layered AI/SVG file and press-ready PDF (40 ft scale, CMYK, 5 mm bleed) Acceptance criteria • Phone, website and enquiry prompt dominate the design • Flat/plot sizes and starting price are visible yet uncluttered • All text is readable from at least 50 m Please share any large-format real-estate or outdoor advertising work you have handled so I can gauge how you manage scale, hierarchy and brand consistency.
