Local Assistant for Food Supply Hunt

I am seeking a local assistant in Lausanne/Geneva/Rolle to accompany me over a 3-day period in the end of October of this year. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Swiss French and English, helping me navigate the city and locate various supplies, mostly food items. Your knowledge of local markets and vendors will be invaluable in ensuring a productive and efficient search. If you are familiar with the area and enjoy exploring, this could be a great opportunity to share your insights while assisting with my supply needs. Some of the work can also be done before I arrive, including calling and visiting suppliers. What I need to find is both common and very uncommon food items. The project is related to us opening a temporary food museum in Rolle. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1. What city do you live in? 2. What is the best place in Lausanne/Geneva/Rolle to find unusual animal parts, i.e. intestines, balut eggs, tongue etc? 3. What is the stranges food you have ever eaten?
