Credit-Based Property Portal Development

I am building a full-featured property portal where visitors can freely search and view property listings, post their own homes or apartments for rent or sale, and contact the owner or agent directly from the listing page. The twist is a built-in credit system that lets me switch charging on or off from the admin panel. When credits are enabled, users spend credits to publish a new listing and can spend additional credits to boost that listing to the top of search results. Back-end requirements • Secure admin dashboard to approve listings, manage users, enable/disable the credit economy, set credit prices, and view transactions. • Separate roles for admin, agent/owner, and regular visitor. • Real-time credit balance tracking per user. Payments Credits must be purchasable through credit or debit card, bank transfer, and popular mobile wallet options. A clean checkout flow, payment confirmation webhook, and automatic credit top-up are essential. Tech expectations & deliverables 1. Responsive front-end (React, Vue, or similar) with fast search, map view, and filter options. 2. REST or GraphQL API powering listings, user accounts, and credit transactions. 3. Database schema that keeps property data, media, and credit ledger separate for scalability. 4. Deployment instructions and brief documentation so I can run the site on my own server. Completion is accepted when I can log in as admin, toggle the credit requirement, simulate a purchase with the three payment methods, post and boost a property, and see the changes immediately reflected on the public portal.
