Virtual Assistant for Mortgage Protection Leads

Project Title: Experienced Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter for U.S. Mortgage Protection Leads Project Description: I’m seeking an experienced virtual assistant/appointment setter with direct U.S. life insurance Mortgage Protection experience (not mortgage lending, brokerage, or general insurance cold calling).

The role

involves calling newer and aged Mortgage Protection leads, handling objections, booking qualified appointments directly onto my calendar, confirming appointments, working no-shows/reschedules, and keeping the CRM updated. I handle all insurance presentations and sales. Key Requirements: - Proven experience working with U.S. life insurance Mortgage Protection leads, especially aged leads. - Strong spoken English and availability during U.S. calling hours. - Ability to provide: * Approximate previous Mortgage Protection call volume. * Typical daily/weekly appointment numbers (please specify if these refer to booked or shown appointments). * Show-rate experience if known. * Ages/types of Mortgage Protection leads worked and strongest U.S. states called. * Dialers and CRMs used in past roles. * A short voice sample for evaluation.

Responsibilities

- Repeated outbound follow-up on provided leads (newer and aged). - Basic objection handling to book qualified appointments directly onto my calendar. - Appointment confirmations, rescheduling/no-show recovery, and accurate CRM dispositions. Leads, CRM/dialer access, scripts, and appointment calendar will be provided. The strongest candidates will be invited to a short paid live-dialing trial using leads I provide, with a final hiring decision made quickly. Budget: $5–$8/hour for approximately 10–15 hours/week initially, with potential to increase hours and add performance incentives based on consistent results.
