Erosion Analysis Report from Video

I need a detailed geo technical report based on video documentation of the geo cell erosion system that was installed on my shared common driveway was unnecessary. The driveway shows no signs of failure, so the system was not required. I work in the construction industry has a PM for a civil contractor.
