Social Media and Marketing Expert Needed

Social Media Manager + Marketing Executive | On-Site We are looking for an experienced **Social Media Manager + Marketing Executive** to join our team and work on **two growing brands**. **Location:** On-site, Mohali, Punjab **Timings:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday **Experience:** 2+ years of relevant experience is REQUIRED This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can manage social media but also understands **marketing, community building, sales and brand growth**. ### Responsibilities * Manage social media for two brands * Develop and execute content calendars * Create and coordinate Reels, Stories, carousels and static posts * Video editing and graphic design * Maintain the visual aesthetic and consistency of both brands * Community management and engagement * Influencer and creator outreach * Campaign planning and execution * Marketing and promotional activities * Lead generation and sales support * Track social media performance and suggest improvements * Coordinate with influencers, freelancers, vendors and other team members * Handle basic administrative and coordination work * Research trends, competitors and new content opportunities * Work directly with the founder and take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities ### What we are looking for * **2+ years of social media/marketing experience** * Proven experience managing social media for brands * Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content * Experience in **community building** * Excellent eye for **aesthetics, branding and visual presentation** * Strong Reel/video editing skills * Graphic design skills, preferably Canva * Previous experience with **sales/lead generation** * Excellent English communication * Strong organisational and coordination skills * Creative, proactive and self-driven * Able to work independently and take ownership * Comfortable handling both creative and administrative responsibilities Experience with **D2C, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or consumer brands** will be an advantage. ### IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING **Your proposal MUST include the following:** 1. **Instagram accounts/brands you have worked with** 2. **Examples of Reels you have created** 3. **Examples of graphics/carousels you have designed** 4. **Examples of campaigns you have worked on** 5.
