UK Qualified Accountant (Xero Certified) – Micro-Entity Year End & CT600 Set-Up, YE 30 Sept 2026

ABOUT THE COMPANY

UK private limited company, micro-entity (FRS 105). Very small, owner- managed, low number of transactions. Bookkeeping is in Xero and all transactions for the year ended 30 September 2026 are entered. WHAT I NEED 1. Prior year set-up (YE 30 Sept 2025) The YE 30 Sept 2025 accounts and CT600 have already been filed by my previous accountant. I will provide the filed accounts, CT600, tax computation, and the final trial balance. Please enter or adjust the balances in Xero so they agree exactly with the filed figures, so the 2026 accounts pick up the correct comparatives. 2. Review of YE 30 Sept 2026 books Check coding, bank reconciliations, accruals/prepayments, director's loan account, and any year-end journals needed. List any corrections for me to approve before they are posted. 3. Corporation tax review - Tax-adjust the accounting profit (disallowable items, capital allowances / AIA, losses brought forward if any) - Check associated companies, as I control more than one company, and confirm the correct small profits / marginal relief limits - Make sure every legitimate relief and allowance is claimed. I want the tax position to be efficient AND fully compliant: no aggressive schemes. 4. Filing-ready Leave Xero ready so I can file the micro-entity accounts (Companies House) and CT600 (HMRC) myself using Xero's Company Accounts and Tax add-on. Please ALSO quote separately for filing them for me, as an option. 5. Short written summary Taxable profit, corporation tax due, payment and filing deadlines, and anything I should change going forward. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (bids that don't meet these will be ignored) - Current member of a recognised UK body: ICAEW, ACCA, ICAS, CAI, CIMA, or AAT (licensed). Give your full name and membership number. I will check it on the public register before awarding. - Xero Advisor certification (certificate or Xero Advisor Directory link). - Proven experience preparing UK micro-entity accounts and CT600s. - Access only through a Xero invited-user login.
