IBR Condensate Pot Drawing

I have a reference sketch for a horizontal condensate pot and now need it transformed into a complete, IBR-compliant fabrication package. The scope is straightforward yet detailed: • Produce a fully-dimensioned fabrication drawing that covers every manufacturing feature, all weld symbols, material notes, bill of materials and the assembly instructions a shop needs to start cutting metal the same day. • Run the IBR wall-thickness calculation for the vessel and show the formulae, inputs and safety factors in an accompanying calculation sheet. • Deliver the drawing in native AutoCAD (.dwg) plus a clean PDF, and attach the calculation sheet as either an Excel file or a clearly formatted PDF. No ASME or ASTM overlays are necessary—IBR is the only governing code for this job. I will review and comment; the assignment is only complete when the final, commented-in drawing set is re-issued and accepted.
