Informational Business Website Design Needed

I’m launching a new business website whose primary purpose is to provide clear, well-structured information to visitors. I need a modern, responsive build that I can maintain easily, so WordPress is my preferred base, though clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript are equally welcome if you can still offer simple content management. The site must include these essential pages: Home, Blog, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. I’m open to weaving in an About or Contact section if it improves the flow, but the four listed pages are non-negotiable.
