Freelance Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to help us monitor, manage, and organically grow our brand's presence across key review platforms, including Trustpilot, G2, Google My Business, and AmbitionBox. Key Responsibilities: Review Monitoring & Management: Daily monitoring of our profiles across all major review platforms. Customer Engagement: Draft professional, empathetic, and timely responses to both positive and negative reviews. Review Generation Strategy: Develop and execute legitimate, compliant campaigns (e.g., email follow-ups, post-purchase outreach) to encourage our genuine customers to leave authentic reviews. Sentiment Analysis: Track overall brand sentiment and provide weekly/monthly reporting on trends and areas for product/service improvement. Dispute Resolution: Flag and report any provably false or spam reviews to the respective platforms for removal according to their guidelines.

Requirements

Proven past experience in Online Reputation Management, Customer Success, or PR. Deep understanding of the terms of service and compliance guidelines for Trustpilot, G2, Google My Business, and AmbitionBox (no black-hat tactics). Excellent written communication and conflict resolution skills. Please include examples of past ORM work or case studies in your proposal.
