**Job Title:** Website Manager & E-Commerce / SEO Specialist (Ongoing) **Job Overview:** We are seeking a reliable, skilled website specialist for ongoing management, redesign/improvements, and growth optimization of our website. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site management, product/course updates, technical maintenance, and search engine optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Website Redesign & Improvement:** Implement design updates and functional improvements to enhance user experience and site quality. * **Product & Inventory Management:** Add, update, and manage e-commerce products—including updating photos, writing product descriptions, adjusting pricing, and managing stock levels. * **Course & Schedule Updates:** Upload and manage course offerings, including full course descriptions, scheduling, and pricing details. * **Conversion & Marketing Optimization:** Align the website with our overall marketing strategy by optimizing pages to drive course bookings and product sales. * **SEO & Visibility:** Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) to improve Google search visibility and rankings. * **Technical Maintenance & Management:** Take full ownership of the technical management, maintenance, and platform updates (direct backend access will be provided). * **Ongoing Site Management:** Provide continuous, long-term support, updates, and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in website management, redesigns, and ongoing technical maintenance. * Strong background in e-commerce site management (products, inventory, courses). * Experience with SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO). * Ability to work independently with direct access to CMS platforms.
