We are looking for a qualified cosmetic safety assessor to prepare a CPSR for perfume products in compliance with EU Regulation 1223/2009. The perfumes may have variable formulations. We would like to know whether one CPSR can cover multiple formulations within defined ingredient limits. Please provide your qualifications, and estimated cost.
