Flutter Restaurant App Suite

I want a complete restaurant management solution built with the stack I already rely on: Flutter for the Android application, Nuxt for the web-based admin panel, and Laravel 12 (using Passport and Socialite) for the API layer. The Android side should let staff handle table reservations and process dine-in or take-away orders smoothly. Real-time updates between the devices and the kitchen are essential, and each screen must adapt to the three user roles I use every day—Admin, Chef, and Waiter—so permissions need to be clearly enforced at the API level. On the web, the Nuxt admin panel should mirror those two core functions, giving me a dashboard to create tables, view live reservation status, push orders to the kitchen, and manage users. I do not require payment gateway integration right now, so you can leave the checkout flow out of scope. Authentication must run through Laravel Passport for first-party logins, while Socialite should be wired up and ready for common social providers (I’ll enable whichever ones I need later). Clean, documented REST endpoints are important because other systems in my kitchen might consume them.
