ALSO ATTACH YOUR RESUME. OVERVIEW We are a growing home services company hiring two experienced Customer Service Representatives to cover our daytime hours. This is not a passive phone-answering role. You will be the voice of the company for every customer who calls in, and you will play a direct role in turning conversations into booked jobs and repeat business. We are looking for people who are reliable, sharp on the phone, and comfortable moving fast between calls, scheduling, and follow-ups. At least one of these seats is intended for a seasoned CSR who can bring a high level of experience and help raise the bar for the whole team. SCHEDULE We are filling two seats, both Monday through Friday, Pacific Time: - Seat 1: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific - Seat 2: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Please tell us which shift you are applying for, or if you are open to either. - 100 percent remote - Full time, long term We are open to candidates outside the United States working as independent contractors, as long as you can consistently work Pacific Time hours without exception.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Answer inbound customer calls, texts, and web inquiries - Book service appointments and keep the schedule organized - Coordinate technician schedules and communicate arrival windows to customers - Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities to convert them into booked work - Present and sell service memberships where appropriate - Ask satisfied customers for reviews and guide them through the process - Keep customer records, notes, and job details accurate and up to date in our CRM - Escalate urgent or complex situations to the right person quickly WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Solid, proven CSR or customer service experience. This is a requirement, not a preference - Strong communicator who can hold a warm, confident conversation on the phone - Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without dropping details - Sales background is a strong plus. This role supports revenue generation through customer conversations, not just call answering - Experience in the trades is a plus, plumbing especially, but not required - ServiceTitan experience preferred. Other field service CRM experience will be considered - Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, a computer, and a quality headset - Fluent, clear English with a neutral accent COMPENSATION - 9 to 12 USD per hour, depending on experience - 3 percent commission on all follow-up opportunities sold - 1 USD bonus per membership sold - 10 USD bonus per Google review that mentions you by name HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, include: 1.
