Monthly Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

I’m looking for a detail-oriented accountant who can step in each month to keep my books clean and fully reconciled in Tally Prime. The core of the work is straightforward: record and classify every bill, expense, and supplier payment, then reconcile those entries against my bank statements so the balances match to the cent. Because I already operate in Tally Prime, you’ll need solid experience with that platform—importing statements, configuring ledgers, and producing the standard reconciliation report. Once everything balances, I’ll also need a concise month-end summary highlighting any discrepancies you resolved and any outstanding issues I should address. Deliverables each month: • All bills, expenses, and supplier payments entered and properly coded in Tally Prime • Bank reconciliation completed with supporting report exported from Tally Prime • One-page summary noting key findings or items requiring my attention If you’re organised, comfortable with Tally Prime, and can turn around reliable, audit-ready books on a consistent schedule, let’s talk.
