Modern Guest House & Artist Loft

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a 3d render of a modern-style house in the Laurentians near Saint Sauveur. This will serve as a guest house and artist loft with a full height basement workshop, main floor and mezzanine. Aesthetics is the top priority for this project. I have the basic design idea but would like assistance and 3D help. It will be south facing with a spectacular view and mostly glass on the front facing the view.
