# **SENIOR FULL-STACK & MOBILE DEVELOPER NEEDED TO RESCUE, REPAIR, UPGRADE & COMPLETE ZIPPEE HOMES** ## **FULL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS — MANDATORY & NON-NEGOTIABLE** Zippee Homes is an **existing platform that requires takeover, repair, completion, and a major professional upgrade**. The web platform and Android app already exist, the Android app is on Google Play, and the Apple Developer account is already established for the iOS release. The new developer must **audit the existing project, begin from the latest GitHub version, identify what is complete and incomplete, repair or replace defective work where necessary, complete all unfinished functionality, perform the required major UI/UX upgrade, complete Android and iOS, and deliver a stable production-ready platform**. The developer is **not required to preserve poorly implemented work from the previous developer**. After reviewing the existing code, the developer may **repair, modify, replace, or rebuild individual components where technically necessary**, provided existing working functionality is not unnecessarily removed or downgraded. ### **CORE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:** **Payment & Payout System:** Complete the entire payment system end-to-end, including guest/customer payments, Zippee Homes fees, host/provider balances, payouts, transaction tracking, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay on supported Android devices, Apple Pay on supported iOS devices, and supported bank-payment options where properly available. **Local Services:** Complete the Local Services flow from **service request/appointment → provider review → quote → customer acceptance → payment arrangement → service completion → provider payout where applicable**. **Short Stay Booking:** Ensure booking, guest selection, guest capacity, additional guest fees, pricing, availability, dates, confirmation, payment status, and related Short Stay functionality work correctly. **Major UI/UX Upgrade:** Perform the required **major professional 2026-level UI/UX upgrade** across the application. Minor cosmetic changes are not sufficient. **Android:** Repair, upgrade, test, and prepare the existing Android application for the updated production release on Google Play. **iOS:** Complete, polish, fully test, and prepare the iOS application for publication on the Apple App Store. **Platform Synchronization:** Keep **Web Android iOS Admin/Backend** properly synchronized wherever applicable. **GitHub:** Begin from the **latest GitHub version**. All completed development work must be tested and pushed back to GitHub, and the final production builds must match the delivered source code. **Mobile Money:** Prepare an **integration-ready placeholder** until the required provider registration/API access becomes available. **Testing:** Every major feature and user flow must be **fully tested end-to-end by the developer before being reported as complete**. ### **DEFINITION OF COMPLETE — NON-NEGOTIABLE** A feature or milestone is **NOT complete simply because code was written or one portion of the feature works**.
