Key expectations • Place timely, friendly phone calls that feel local and genuine to Australian customers. • Schedule and confirm free trial sessions directly into our booking calendar. • Keep concise notes in the CRM so I can see the contact history at a glance. • Follow up methodically until a clear yes or no is recorded. This is not a lead-generation gig; every contact you call has already opted in.
