Design Fresh Office CAD Blueprints

I need complete digital floor-plans drawn from scratch for my office space. I don’t have any existing CAD files to start from, and I’ll rely on your design expertise to shape an efficient, modern layout that makes the best use of the available square footage. We’ll begin with a brief over-view call where I share room dimensions, photos, and functional requirements (workstations, meeting rooms, storage, reception, etc.). From there, I’d like you to propose a preliminary concept, refine it with my feedback, and then develop full-scale CAD drawings ready for permitting and contractor reference. Deliverables • Editable .dwg (or compatible) file of the final plan • Print-ready PDF set sized for A3/A1 • One revision round after the first draft to lock down the layout I work primarily with AutoCAD files, but if you prefer Revit or similar BIM software let me know—cross-compatibility is fine as long as I receive the .dwg exports. Accurate dimensions, clear layer naming, and a tidy file structure will be part of the acceptance criteria. Once approved, I’ll release payment promptly and provide a stellar review.
