The project should include: - Insulation with foam for temperature control - Vinyl flooring for easy cleaning and durability - Proper framing, drywall, and finishing to ensure a safe and child-friendly environment Ideal skills and experience: - Carpentry and framing expertise - Experience with insulation and drywall installation - Knowledge of flooring installation, specifically vinyl Please provide samples of previous similar work and a timeline for project completion.
