This is NOT a VA position. We need someone who can actually BUILD. AI agents. Automations. APIs. Workflows. Voice AI. Video AI. AI clones. Business systems. If you're the person who sees a business process and immediately starts thinking about how AI could automate 80% of it, keep reading. FIRST PROJECT: BUILD A COMPLETE AI CLONE Your first major assignment will be creating a complete, production-ready AI clone of our founder. We're not looking for a 15-second demo. We want a reusable system that allows us to provide a new script and generate convincing video content using his: Voice Face and appearance Speech characteristics Lip synchronization Natural movement Presentation style We want the highest quality possible while keeping the ongoing generation cost extremely low. This first project is also important because we already have 5–6 clients ready for AI cloning. We aren't trying to determine whether there's a market. The work is already waiting. We want someone who can help us build the process once, improve it, automate it, and then reproduce it efficiently for clients. THE BIGGER JOB AI cloning is only one part of what you'll be doing. Our company builds AI and automation systems for businesses. You may work on: AI agents and autonomous workflows OpenClaw / Hermes implementations n8n / Make automations LLM integrations OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs API and webhook integrations 24/7 AI workers CRM automation Lead-generation automation Sales and marketing systems AI voice agents AI video systems Client onboarding automation Internal business automation Custom client workflows We want someone who can eventually hear: "Here's the business problem." …and figure out how to build the solution. TECHNOLOGY You do NOT need experience with every technology listed below. We would rather hire someone exceptional who can learn quickly than someone who has touched 30 tools but mastered none. Strong experience with several of these is important: OpenAI / OpenAI API Claude / Anthropic Gemini OpenClaw Hermes or comparable agent frameworks n8n Make Zapier REST APIs Webhooks JSON Python and/or JavaScript AI agents / agentic workflows LLM orchestration Voice AI Voice cloning AI avatars / video cloning CRM automation Experience with tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Tavus, Synthesia, Captions or comparable technologies is valuable. But don't apply because you've watched tutorials. SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE BUILT. We care far more about demonstrated ability than degrees, certifications or buzzwords. WHO WE WANT We're looking for someone who: Experiments with new AI technology constantly Can research independently Learns new platforms extremely quickly Understands APIs and integrations Can troubleshoot when things break Thinks about cost and scalability Can turn prototypes into repeatable systems Documents what they build Communicates clearly FINISHES projects AI is changing too quickly for us to hire someone who only knows today's tools. We want someone who knows how to learn tomorrow's tools.

COMPENSATION

Our target range is approximately: $1,250–$2,000+ USD/month + performance bonuses We are open to international applicants.

Compensation

will depend heavily on your demonstrated capabilities, experience, location, availability and the quality of your work. If you're exceptional, tell us what you're worth. There will also be opportunities for performance/project bonuses as client systems are successfully completed and deployed. THIS IS LONG-TERM We aren't looking for someone to finish one automation and disappear. We already have work. We have clients. We have AI cloning projects waiting. We have automation projects waiting. And we're building significantly more. We have enough work to keep the right person busy for years. We want to find someone great, invest in them and build a long-term working relationship. TECHNOLOGY BENEFIT For the person who ultimately joins our team long-term, we believe great AI people should have great equipment. After one full year working with us, eligible long-term team members can receive a high-performance computer/laptop benefit of up to $2,000 USD. Our intention is to continue investing in the technology our long-term team needs as the company grows. FINALISTS: PAID REAL-WORLD CHALLENGE We don't want to hire based purely on an interview. We want to see what you can actually build. Selected finalists may be invited to complete a: $75 USD PAID AI CLONING CHALLENGE We provide authorized source footage and audio of our founder. You build the best complete, usable AI voice + video cloning system you can within the agreed challenge scope. This isn't about creating one impressive 15-second clip. We want to evaluate your ability to create the foundation for a repeatable production system. You decide what technology to use. You'll be expected to explain: What technology you chose and why How you created the voice clone How you created the video/avatar clone How the complete workflow operates What ongoing software/API costs are involved Approximate generation cost per finished minute How you would automate the workflow How you would improve quality and reduce cost How you would reproduce the system for multiple clients Any required third-party expenses must be disclosed and approved before beginning. All provided likeness, voice, video and audio materials are authorized solely for the agreed evaluation and may not be retained or used outside that purpose.
