WordPress Developer for Author Site Recreation

Freelancing Project Blurb — WordPress Website Recreation (Author Site) I have a new, empty WordPress website and need a developer to recreate a previous site I owned. I will provide all content in a Word document and all images as PNG files. Your task is to rebuild the site’s structure, layout, and pages in the new WordPress installation using the provided materials. This is a simple website for an independent author. The site focuses on Buddhist‑aligned philosophy, my travels through India and Tibet, and the promotion/sale of my books. The design should be clean, calm, and sophisticated — no gimmicks, clutter, or mystical styling. Just a refined, modern presentation of philosophical content and author information. Deliverables include: Full recreation of the previous website’s layout and page structure Uploading and formatting all text content Adding and positioning all images Ensuring mobile responsiveness Basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions) A visually tidy, professional final site ready for publishing I will supply: Word document with all text PNG files for all images Any reference screenshots of the old site (if needed) Looking for someone experienced with WordPress, themes, and clean layout design who can complete this efficiently and accurately.
