# Job Title 3D Printing, Assembly, and Physical Prototyping of Two Mechanical Systems Hello everyone, We have **two simple mechanical systems** designed for use in company catalogs. The engineering designs for both systems have already been completed. All engineering work for these systems was completed by an engineer. However, since our design engineer does not produce physical prototypes, we are now looking for someone experienced who can **3D print, assemble, and make both mechanisms fully functional.** **All parts of both systems have already been designed and prepared for 3D printing.** ### Files We Already Have - Complete CAD, STEP, and STL (3D printing) files - Technical drawings and part dimensions - Assembly guides - Mechanical motion simulations and videos - Engineering reports I have attached a few images and videos to this job posting. All technical details will be shared with the person we choose to work with. ### What We Expect First, we would like you to review the existing files and evaluate both systems from an engineering and manufacturability perspective. 1. We need you to 3D print all parts of both systems, assemble them, and make the physical prototypes fully functional. (Apart from the 3D-printed parts, only a few standard screws for assembly, PVC-coated printed cards for testing the card mechanism, and simple materials such as lubricants, if necessary, will be used.) 2. If any problems arise with the parts or existing designs during prototyping, the engineer who originally designed the systems will make the necessary updates. However, we also expect you to provide support throughout this process, help resolve any issues, and work together with the design engineer to make the mechanisms fully functional. **Our goal is not simply to 3D print the parts, but to see both mechanisms actually working.** ### System 1 – Mechanical Card Transfer System - Operates using two card stacks positioned side by side. - Each stack contains 10 cards, making a total of 20 cards. - With a single turn of a small wheel, the top card from the left stack moves to the right stack, while the bottom card from the right stack moves to the left stack. - The cards circulate continuously in an endless loop. ### System 2 – Mechanical Rotary Selection System - A small, thin rotary mechanism. - Features 7 different selection positions. - As a small sliding pin is moved along a curved slot on the top surface, the product information corresponding to the selected position appears in a viewing window. - Operates entirely mechanically, without any electronics. **Note:** The designs are already complete. Let me repeat: every detail has already been designed and prepared. The only remaining task is to manufacture the physical prototypes, assemble them, and make them fully functional. ### Who We Are Looking For Rather than someone who only provides 3D printing services, we are preferably looking for a mechanical engineer or someone experienced with moving mechanical systems.
